This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment and delivery of products sold by Glossiale, through its official website glossiale.com (“Website”).

By placing an order on our Website, you (“Customer”) agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Order Processing

All orders received through the Website are processed within one (1) to three (3) working days from the date of order confirmation, subject to successful payment authorization (except for Cash on Delivery orders).

In the event of high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen operational delays, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified via email or SMS in such cases.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Glossiale provides free shipping on all orders across India. Orders are shipped through reputed third-party courier partners with tracking details shared upon dispatch.

The estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro cities: within six (6) working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Non-metro and remote areas: within ten (10) working days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, courier service availability, and external factors beyond Glossiale’s reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or logistics disruptions.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Cash on Delivery is available for select pin codes and is subject to a processing fee of Rs.75 on orders below Rs.1,799 and Rs.100 on orders valued at Rs.1,799 or more. Glossiale reserves the right to disable or withdraw the COD facility for specific customers or regions without prior notice.

4. Tracking and Confirmation

Upon shipment, Customers will receive a confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message containing tracking details.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information at the time of checkout. Glossiale shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery arising from incomplete or incorrect address details.

5. Delays and Force Majeure

Glossiale shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in delivery resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, courier delays, natural calamities, or government-imposed restrictions.

6. Customer Support

For any concerns related to shipping, delayed delivery, or tracking updates, Customers may contact Glossiale’s support team at support@glossiale.com or via WhatsApp during working hours (Monday to Friday, 11 AM – 6 PM IST).

7. Amendments

Glossiale reserves the right to amend or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
