This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which Glossiale accepts product replacement requests and outlines the conditions for eligibility. By placing an order on glossiale.com (“Website”), you (“Customer”) agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, Glossiale does not accept returns once an order has been delivered. We ensure that all items are securely packed, quality checked, and sealed before dispatch to maintain safety and product integrity.
2. Replacements for Damaged or Defective Products
A free replacement will be provided only in the event that the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
To be eligible for a replacement, Customers must:

Contact Glossiale within 24 hours of delivery via email at support@glossiale.com or through WhatsApp.

Provide clear photographs or videos of the damaged or defective product and its outer packaging.

Ensure that the product is unused and in its original packaging at the time of reporting.
Once verified by our team, a replacement will be processed and dispatched at no additional cost.
Glossiale reserves the right to approve or deny replacement requests if the damage is found to have occurred after delivery, due to mishandling, storage conditions, or misuse.
3. Refunds
Glossiale currently does not offer refunds for any orders once they have been shipped. In case a replacement is unavailable due to stock limitations, the Company may, at its discretion, issue a refund to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.
Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) fees of Rs.75 / Rs.100 are non-refundable under all circumstances.
4. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed and handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
To request a cancellation, Customers must contact us immediately at support@glossiale.com or via WhatsApp with their order number.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Glossiale shall not be responsible for delays, non-delivery, or return to origin shipments arising due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the Customer at checkout.
6. Customer Support
For all replacement or cancellation-related queries, Customers may contact our support team at support@glossiale.com or message us on WhatsApp during working hours (Monday to Friday, 11 AM – 6 PM IST).
7. Amendments
Glossiale reserves the right to modify or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any such changes shall take effect immediately upon posting on the Website.
